Endoscopic Lifting

Age, the effect of gravity, gesticulation, sun exposure, pollution, stress and inadequate nutrition are factors that cause sagging of the facial tissues, leading to signs of facial aging.

In the modern concept of facial rejuvenation, the main thing is to achieve a natural result avoiding surgical marks and limiting scars. The facial endoscope lifting or Molding Mark, is the best method to achieve this objective. Among its peculiarities are being a minimally invasive technique, which provides a moderate natural tension to the soft tissues of the face, redistributes and restores facial volumes with the minimum of skin resection, achieving a result as natural as possible. At the same time, we achieve harmony between facial anatomical structures, minimal incisions and minimal scarring.

This surgical method allows the entire face to be mobilized without cuts, the stitches are made at the level of the deep muscular structure, avoiding deep bleeding and bruising.

Bichectomy is a technique that is booming in the cosmetic surgery sector. The procedure consists of the extraction, by means of a minor surgical intervention, of the so-called Bichat balls, glands of fatty tissue that are located on the cheeks, just below the cheekbones, and completely separated from other tissues. These glands do not fulfill any specific function in adults, but only add volume to the area, making the face rounder depending on its size and the shape of the person's facial contour.

Blepharoplasty is a type of surgery that is performed to repair droopy eyelids and can consist of removing excess skin, muscle, and fat. As you get older, the eyelids stretch and the muscles that support them weaken. Consequently, excess fat can accumulate above and below the eyelids, causing sagging eyebrows, drooping upper eyelids, and bags under the eyes.

Blepharoplasty can be an option if you have the following characteristics:

  • Pouches or sagging upper eyelids

  • Excess skin on the upper eyelids that interfere with vision

  • Excess skin on the lower eyelids

  • Bags under the eyes

Rhinoplasty consists of altering the shape of the nose, producing changes in its appearance, remodeling it, always trying to maintain harmony in the face. The changes can be to decrease or increase the back of the nose, change the shape of the nasal tip, the angle between the lip and the tip of the nose.

Rhinoplasty can help correct respiratory disorders or problems, it is normally done inside the nose, so as not to make scars visible. Likewise, nose surgery can be done functionally in combination with an ENT doctor for the intervention of turbinates, deviation of the nasal septum, spurs, sinusitis, polyps among other conditions.

The patients considered for this surgery are those who want to improve their respiratory function, their appearance or their shape and have very clear expectations that the nose is individual and personal, that it must be in harmony with their face.
